Our Process
At Jayme Meyer Interiors, we follow an organized design process to help take the stress of interior design out of our clients’ lives throughout the entirety of every project. Our six-step interior design process allows us to seamlessly execute the project so our clients can relax and enjoy their new spaces when all is complete.
We use the initial consultation to learn about your individual style and needs. During this meeting we will openly share our ideas with you, based on our experience in the business for over 17 years, so that you feel further ahead in your process by the time we leave. We will review our contract and answer your questions about our step by step process. By the end of this meeting, our goal is to give you valued answers regarding your questions as well as a plan on how we can help you make these overwhelming decisions.
After signing of the contract, we will create a design plan for you including drawings, samples, photos, and fabrics. Then we present to you a personalized design plan.
After your approval of the design and pricing, we will place the custom orders upon receiving your deposit. From here we handle the customized purchase orders, shipping addresses, tracking of orders, warehouse receiving and damages, delivery set up, client reveal, deficiency list and project closure.
As we wait for the purchases to arrive, we work with licensed professionals to complete the construction or renovation phase. We value good communication and collaboration with our clients and our trades that would otherwise leave the client feeling overwhelmed with a to-do list.
During the installation of the furnishings we require that you are not in your home. As this may come as a surprise to you we have found from experience that a final client reveal is what our clients enjoy most about the step by step process. Seeing boxes of styrofoam in your Foyer is not our idea of a stress-free reveal for the client.
